After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your first care organization. Give it a name, and you're ready to add patients and invite team members.
Go to Settings in the app, then tap "Invite Member." Enter their email address and select a role. They'll receive an invitation to join your care organization.
Zaqi Care supports multiple roles including Admin, Nurse, Parent, and Viewer. Each role has different permissions for viewing, creating, and managing care records.
When you add a medication with a schedule, Zaqi Care sends push notifications at the scheduled times. The reminder continues until the medication is marked as given or not given.
Yes. Go to Settings and tap "Export Records." You can export to PDF or Excel, filtered by date range and record type. This is useful for doctor visits and records keeping.
After the 7-day trial, your account becomes read-only. You can still view and export all existing records, but new entries are blocked until you subscribe.
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play or Apple App Store. Go to your app store account settings to cancel. Your data remains accessible in read-only mode after cancellation.
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure. Each organization's data is isolated, and access is controlled through role-based permissions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone section. This permanently deletes your profile and removes you from your organization.
