By downloading, installing, or using Zaqi Care ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Zaqi Care is a care coordination platform that helps families and care teams organize patient care, track medications, manage appointments, and collaborate with caregivers. The App is a tool for care coordination and record-keeping — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Zaqi Care is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified health providers with any questions regarding medical conditions. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information from the App.
Zaqi Care offers optional AI-powered features (OCR document import, medication extraction, document summaries) that use Google Gemini, a third-party AI service by Google LLC. AI-generated results are drafts only — they may contain errors and must be reviewed and confirmed by an authorized person before saving. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Zaqi Care offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Basic Care, Care Plus, Care Team) billed monthly or annually through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings.
Your use of Zaqi Care is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data, including how data is shared with third-party AI services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaqi Care and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to errors in AI-generated content, data loss, or interruptions in service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
